The University has established policies and procedures for the recruitment of staff. Human Resources in collaboration with the hiring unit, is responsible for the recruitment of Civil Service and Administrative/Professional personnel.
Human Resources, in collaboration with the hiring unit and the Provost's Office, is responsible for the recruitment of tenure-track faculty and non-tenure track faculty positions.
