Pursuant to 5 ILCS 420/4A-101, some employees of Illinois State University may be required to file, on an annual basis, statements of economic interest with the Secretary of State's Office. Those employees required to file a statement of economic interest will be notified by the Secretary of State Index Department. The statement must be completed and signed by the employee, and reviewed by the Ethics Officer for the University prior to being submitted. The form will then be filed with the Secretary of State Index Department and a copy sent to the employee. Questions regarding disclosure of economic interest should be addressed to the Office of Equal Opportunity, Ethics, and Access.
